These steps detail how to convert your paper lesson plans to digital format. The info is scanned and sent via email to you. You will receive it as an Adobe pdf attachment. Most of the steps will be using the touch screen. Download these directions in PDF format here.

Part I.  Add your email address to the address book. This only needs to be done once.

  1. Touch the Send box on the top menu. (Picture)
  2. Touch the New Address box on the bottom menu. (Picture)
  3. Touch the Register box on the right. (Picture)
  4. Touch the Register Address box. (Picture)
  5. Touch the Register New Address box on the bottom left. (Picture)
  6. Touch the E-mail box. (Picture)
  7. Touch the Name box and enter your name. (Picture)
  8. Touch the OK box when your finished. (Picture)
  9. Touch the E-mail Address box and enter your email address. (Picture)
  10. Touch the OK box when your finished. (Picture)
  11. Once again touch the OK box. (Picture)

 

Part II.

  1. Place your papers in the loading tray on top of the copier. (Picture)
  2. Touch the Send box on the top menu. (Picture)
  3. Touch the Address Book on the left side. (Picture)
  4. Touch your Name. (Picture)
  5. Touch the OK box. (Picture)
  6. PRESS the green Start button. (Picture)
