NOTE: There are no more wires that need to be plugged or unplugged to use the wireless laptop carts!

1. Have students turn laptops on & log on using their student numbers & passwords.
For better results - stagger the process by logging on 5 students at a time (waiting about 2 minutes between each group).

2. If students are unable to log on - ask them to restart the computer and try again.
After 2 unsucessful restarts contact Mr. Viado.

3. If the laptops freeze completly, hold down the power button until they shut down, then restart.

4. When students need to print they must install the printer of choice:
Open the Student Shortcut folder on your desktop.
Open the Printers folder.
Select the printer of choice and double click on the file.

4. Return laptop cart at the end of the day:
• Be sure all laptops are turned off - the best way to turn off a laptop is to push the power button.
• Plug the battery chargers into the laptop.
• Lock both sides of the cart.
• Make sure the switch is always in the CHARGE position & the black power cord is plugged into a working wall outlet so that it may CHARGE overnight.
